Jeffrey Pearson

Jeffrey C. Pearson, 60, of Hoffman, MN, died on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at his residence in Hoffman.

Jeffrey Charles was born on September 3, 1961, in Minneapolis, MN, the son of Charles Merwin and ViAnn Elaine (Peterson) Pearson. He was baptized and confirmed at Wood Lake Lutheran Church in Richfield, Minnesota. Jeffrey graduated from Richfield High School in 1979. After high school he worked as a general laborer and most recently moving vehicles from dealership to dealership. Jeffrey lived most his life in Richfield, MN until recently moving to Hoffman with his mother, ViAnn.

Jeffrey enjoyed building model cars, watching sports, such as Nascar, football and his favorite team the Minnesota Wild.

Jeffrey is survived by his spouse, Kathy Watkins of Calera, AL and her children, April and Matt; his mother, ViAnn Pearson of Hoffman; a sister, Jennifer Pearson of Alexandria, MN; and nephew, Joshua (Heather) Pearson and their son, Liam of Alexandria along with numerous relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; father, Charles Pearson; uncles, Dennis (Carmen) Peterson and Gary (Ione) Peterson.

Memorial Service: 1:00 P.M., Saturday, January 22, 2022, at the Erickson-Smith Funeral Home in Hoffman, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
