Some of Joyce's favorite things were quilting, anything to do with music, baking and cooking, having coffee and treats with friends and family, and gardening. Joyce maintained a friendship with a group of college girlfriends and corresponded with them through the "round robin" up until her death. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. Other survivors include John (Delores) Moe, Marillyn Beck, Roy and Mignon Randall, Joanie Aamot, and many nieces, nephews and cousins, and all her Trinity Lutheran family.
